Villa Odyssey owned by Giannis Danasis and
he operates it, along with the precious help of his
sister Maria Danasis. The family is one of the oldest in
this island and for many years now their main income is
from the tourism. They decided back in 1992 to built
Villa Odyssey originally with 17 rooms and later
on 2001, with 10 more rooms. The main purpose was to
please their friends and customers they had all the past
years and offer them a place to stay that would feel
like home! Join us and be part of a friendship that
never ends.
Villa Odyssey is a traditional building situated
in a quiet area, located walking distance from the
main square of Thira. It's5 minutes from the
airport & 10 minutes from the port. All of our rooms
are comfortable, with H/C water, Air conditioning,
heating, private bathrooms, balconies with view,
telephone, refrigerator, swimming pool, pool bar,
Jacuzzi corner, breakfast room with television and
reception.
Villa Odyssey is very close to the main
bus-stop, with buses to beaches, archaeological sites
and all destinations. Next to the hotel you can find
restaurants, cafe bar , mini-market, bakery, supermarket
and anything else you might need. For your convenience
Villa Odyssey can assist you in planning your vacations,
by offering the luxury of rent a car or a motorbike,
book a land excursion or visit the volcano with boats
and all these from the reception of our
hotel.
I
think
that Villa Odyssey is one of the most friendly and
cleanest hotel on Santorini. Giannis and Maria with the
biggest smile on the earth, will make your holidays
unforgettable. Personally I won't go to any other
hotel. For the last eight years we have been to
Santorini six times and we always go to VILLA ODYSSEY.
Maria and Giannis are the best people on the earth. Now
I think that I have twenty seven plus two
cousins......
